Thomas Brooks, DMD
Dr. Brooks is a caring and loving dentist who does his best to take care of each patient as well as possible. Dr. Brooks began his dental career after he graduated from Oregon Health Science University in 1985. He has been practicing in the area for 30 years and completes an abundance of continuing education courses to keep up with the latest advances in the dental field. He has also been a member of the American Dental Association for 30 years. He has also received advanced training from the OBI foundation of bioesthetic dentistry where he learned to examine the entire masticatory system—not just the teeth.
Dr. Brooks has been married to his wife for 30 years and together they have three children and one grandchild. In his free time, Dr. Brooks likes to be outdoors fishing, hunting, wood working, and building houses.
Keri Lewis – Office Manager/Receptionist
Keri has been with our office for 6 months and she is very excited to be a part of our great practice. She enjoys serving all of our patients, and she works hard each day to oversee the daily operations of the dental office and making the patients feel welcome. Her favorite part about being a member of our team is the relationships she creates with her coworkers and the patients. Prior to her dental career, Keri graduated from Rogue Community College’s dental assistant program with certification in x-rays.
Keri has been married to her husband, Fred, for 22 years. Together they have two children, Jacob and Emily. In her free time, Keri enjoys reading, baking, and visiting the beach whenever she can. She also loves spending time with her family.
Karie Jarvis – Dental Hygienist
Karie has been a dental hygienist at our practice for 7 years. Karie has been in the dental field since 1984. She started as a dental assistant, then went to dental receptionist/office manager. Later, she was able to pursue her dream as a dental hygienest. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at Iowa Western/Creighton University in 2002.
Karie moved to Rogue Valley with her daughter in May of 2002. We enjoy all that this area has to offer; camping, boating, hiking, and gardening.
Our dental office is a small, patient oriented practice. She feels very fortunate to be apart of our team. We all work together to see that our patients needs are met. Our patients are like extended family. We not only treat their needs but we tryto educate them to the best of our knowledge so they can achieve oral health as well as over all health.
Roxie Durham – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Roxie has been a member of our team or 23 years and she is a happy, harmonious component to our office. She loves that our entire team strives to take care of our patients. Our patients’ needs are paramount to us. Roxie is also a nurturing person by nature and she truly enjoys being a caregiver. Roxie has 30 years of experience in general dentistry and one year in oral surgery. She has had training in and understands the concepts of OBI. She recognizes the importance of a healthy bite and how it contributes to health. She contributes to the success of the practice by bringing this training into our office and helping each patient reach his or her oral health goals.
Roxie has a lovely, very musical family with two grown sons and five grandchildren. Their gatherings are filled with playing musical instruments, singing, and eating good food. Her husband is the musical patriarch. In her free time, Roxie enjoys gardening, paddle boarding, and the art of home making.
Casey Pearce – Dental Assistant
Casey has been a member of our team for 2 years and loves being a part of it. She says the best part about working at our practice is that we feel like one big happy family. She loves that she works with some of the most kind-hearted people who make her enjoy her job even more. Prior to her dental career, she completed her education at a dental assisting school. Casey contributes to the success of the practice by having genuine care and compassion for people. She also tries to constantly smile and make each person’s day better than it was before they walked into our office. Casey is honored to work with such incredible, kind, and amazing people. She feels blessed each day to be a part of our big happy dental family.
Casey is beyond blessed with an awesome family! Her parents are incredible people, she has a twin brother who is an adrenaline junkie, and she has an amazing boyfriend who has a huge heart. She also loves her fur babies, Kimber, Sobe, Discal, and Jeffro. In her free time, Casey loves to spend time with her family and friends, go jeeping, ride dirt bikes, shop, and enjoy a big bonfire!
